ORANG Fighter Pilot is first in world to fly F-15 Eagle with a cervical prosthetic disc

Todd Hofford, 142nd Fighter Wing Vice Commander, Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore. presented a plaque to the 114th Fighter Squadron at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Ore. where he requalified to fly the F-15 Eagle post cervical disc replacement surgery.
